"Lazarus Rising" - Season 4 premiere. It's been four months since Dean was dragged away by the hounds of Hell, the result of a deal he made with the Crossroads Demon in exchange for his brother's life. Now, Dean wakes up in a pine box. He's been freed from Hell, but he doesn't know how or why. He has a joyful reunion with Sam and fellow demon hunter Bobby, but it isn't long before the three start to really wonder what exactly pulled Dean from Hell -- and what it will want in return.
