Admit it: sometimes when you are alone or while you are working, you talk to yourself to keep you company, to reason with yourself and to ensure you are doing things right. I do it, you do it, and you and my coworkers all do so. It all becomes second nature. What about while you are having a lonely meal, or while you are in the shower? Do you make up scenarios in your head and "daydream" about being elsewhere? All this in efforts to play mind games with yourself, to tell yourself you are not alone, that you are right...
But what if someone else is playing mind games with you? What if others are feeding you lies and deceiving you into believing a false truth? At what point do you begin to question reality and ask yourself, "Am I going crazy?" But we wouldn't know to question these "truths," would we...
