After a review of our television business, we have made the decision to discontinue DUSK. We felt that it was the right time to make some strategic changes to our portfolio. As of March 23, 2012, this channel is no longer available. We believe that concentrating on our areas of expertise and re-focusing our channel selection is the most effective way to service our core audiences.
